That same thing happened to me with a jungle fiora named fioraonly except she ended up carrying the other team

With some EXP boosts I got my smurf to level 25... just 5 more levels to go..... this is so painful.

I actually got some runes. I am going to use flat armor seals and MR glyphs. The rest I will use tier2 runes.
I also got 4 runepages. I bought two using IP from the sale last year.
The biggest problem I see is actually having enough champions to play ranked. First I will need 16 champions (since free rotation ones don't work... meh), so I will be forced to horde a bunch of low IP champions that I do not know how to play.

The best thing about new accounts right now is that Elise is free and she can jungle as soon as you unlock Smite.

tbh buying t1 runes is better than t2, t2 is more expensive for worse gain

Is there a site more detailed than something like lolking or op.gg thats able to tell me how a champion was skilled during a game? Probuilds doesn't have amateurs listed z_z

Teamliquid.net is a site where some top tier players have posted guides on many champions, such as Yango's Zilean Guide
Do you have a specific game in mind? It it was streamed you can look for the replays. Otherwise was there something special that you wouldn't find just looking up solomid/probuilds guides for skill order?

I'd say 90% of the time the way a champion is skilled is predetermined just due to the kit.

I haven't minded leveling my NA account. I'm only level 16, but it's been refreshing pretty much just using new champs I never have before. I've tried to only get champs I don't own on my main account (e.g. first big buy was Sejuani, when I really only play mid/supp on OCE).
It sucks during a free week like this though (WTF Kha'Zix again?!), I wish I had unlocked my staple champs to use. There was a sick week a couple ago, with Malz and Brand free. That was a good time to level.
