From what Ive seen of NA/EU Silver Bronze is that Silver in Korea is harder and way more meta oriented than in NA/EU

It's a smaller community. People said masters was platinum in korea in SC2. I played on Korea with latency and made masters. The same ideas transfer. Korea is a better ladder with a higher percentage of skilled players. It's also a much smaller ladder.

How´s the toxicity? Like skill-wise it is rather difficult to define a bronze/silver/gold-player's pros and cons, but the way you can define the 3 tiers on EUW is by how much they flame and why they flame.
Bronze - Flames for nothing, doesn't understand the game, so when you win, they flame you for being a noob when you just outplay them.
Silver - Acknowledges player skill, but still flame team-wise when you win and they don't.
Gold - ???? I feel like this tier among all the tiers is the game, is just filled with flamers of all types.
