ok well I'm going to sub DPS in for "sustained burst" because it's an oxymoron. DPS isn't nearly as relevant on Zed so DPS vs. 1 shot burst is a non issue.
don't know the build exactly but I remember it was used vs. Ozone in the worlds quals if you want to check it out, I don't really like the item on him anymore(not in that it's bad but I don't know when I'd want to squeeze it into the build path) I was just noting there are pros who are also Asian that do build it.
the only other comment I'll make is the attack speed when it was not on cd was really nice for jungle Zed, it was a way to get some attack speed (a stat typically shitty for zed in champion v champion) that still synergised with his ult, then they reworked Botrk and that point was moot.
