Well it does say it uses mana per auto.

On a side note, she sounds broken as fuck in ARAM, not that anyone really cares about that, more like a fun side effect.

Being over-the-top is the whole point of the character. I don't mind it being ridiculous in this way rather than the opposite, tbh.
Note that Jinx's splash is in exactly the same "place" as Vi's, except everything is destroyed and it's night time with smoke instead of daylight.

Jinx's kit seems pretty sweet, I am a little curious how the grenade line works, there is no picture of it. I assume it lays them out perpendicular to the way she is facing like a Karthus wall spell? I also really want to know the cool down on Switcheroo. Her ult and zap seem a little uninspired, but I guess you can't have every spell be novel.

I understand the over the top thing seeing as batshit crazy (batman/joker puns) is supposed to be her thing. But being super anorexic makes her look like she should be in a hospital (not just the mental kind) because just the clothes she's wearing should be too heavy for her to stand up in.

Oh, that. Well, when I look at Akali and how she's clothed, even though she can't top KoF's Mai she makes me wonder how she's supposed to fight (especially as an agile rather than heavy-hitter type), so... blame it on Riot, I guess?

Lux, Ahri, Orianna, Ezreal, Garen, etc. appear on the pool party pictures and they don't have skins either. It's not that she has one of these skins planned, rather that Riot saw an opportunity to hide references to her in there.
