Learn this matchup, freewins are fun. Killed him from 80% at lvl 2 with Q auto auto Q auto ignite. Fiora also doesn't give a shit about Kassadin's harrass and denies all melee lasthit attempts. 20min surrender, went 9-0 kass 0-6 Oh and of course after 6 you can oneshot with flash QQR ignite, he cannot riftwalk fast enough and you follow him.(Actually, it's better to flash QR ignite and Q for a second time after your ult ends for easier chasing IF you don't think your ult will kill him). | ||

Fiora beats him I feel but yeah his ult sort of counters you. Some epic pink ward micro is epic, though, as you only need to have vision for his first ult. And yup this lane was even more stupid easy than I could have imagined. He can't do anything. Like after the first blood I harrassed him from full to 50% under his turret without having bought yet and ran back and only dropped to like 80% hp. From now on I'll treat first pick Kassadin as freelo if I get mid. | ||

Edit: In most of the 1v1 scenarios you're going to have minions you can use to extend the range of your Q, I can't think of that many Mid lane scenarios where you're trying to harass and your enemy is constantly far away from minions. | ||
