I am really confused about this league system. I had 35 LP and hadn't played a ranked game yet that day ( so I THOUGHT that meant it was updated). I lose 1 ranked game and drop to silver 3.

lol man, you suffered the wrath of the system. Sometimes that's how it is.

Also I love how all pros vote for diamondpr0x in jungle except Edward who prefer svenskeren "because he plays lee sin".

Also lol at Curse bottom lane being bad, it's their strongest lane probably. Weakest would be jungle.

Both their solo lanes are stronger than Bot. Saint was playing great the first half(+) of the LCS, and even Elementz was playing better than usual. They've seemed to falter a little bit recently against other teams in the top 4. Considering their Week 10 matches though they still have a really good chance of finishing first for this half of the season.

I'd say Curse's bot lane is stable, but even when they're doing well, they're not expecting tons of playmaking out of their duo lane. You don't really want a team of 5 playmakers, but Cop and Elementz are pretty good at laying on pressure in 2v2 or 2v1, especially with elementz on a comfort champ like Sona or Thresh (used to be blitz, but Blitz nerf + Thresh released)

Some of the pros choose their all star NA/EU teams. Small sample size though, but still mildly interesting.

I love seeing pro player opinions of other pro players, the best judge of skill is actually having to play against someone and most spectators don't have that. Especially taken in aggregate I think this data reflects well who the best players in each region/role are.

I like how everyone else voted for doublelift AD but hotshot voted for imaqtpie

I also don't really get why so many people vote for regi best mid

I'd say Regi is more "consistent" in his pressure than Scarra. Sure, sometimes he'll crash and burn, but when playing against him you have to stay on your toes more, and you have less freedom to roam, cut corners and stuff. I guess. Not that Scarra is a Froggen-like passive player, but he doesn't have as much presence, especially in lane. That's probably appreciated by teammates since it relieves some off them, especially against a roamer mid.

I agree. Even as a TSM fanboi I was surprised to see Regi so highly valued. Although, with how aggressive he is, he might do well against the aggressive styless of the Eastern LoL scene.

if I could vote (stupid Blackberry) I would probably go:

--The following is what I think should be the team given there is an extra region slot at stake--
Dyrus
Saint
Regi
DL
Patoy

--If there wasn't anything at stake--
Megazero
NintendudeX
Mandatorycloud
Wildturtle

Patoy not being the NA support is the biggest tragedy of the entire All-star vote.

The best thing in this was who the only player who didn't vote for saint as na jungler was

I feel like Elementz improved a lot at the beginning of the season, or at least wasn't doing a bunch of really stupid stuff. Seems like he hasn't been doing so well lately, but neither is Curse. He's done some stuff that looked pretty bad, but I think part of it was Curse was already in a bad position.

The advent of 2v1s lanes was probably the best thing ever for his career though. >_>

To bash the american Scene a bit more, let's assume the European Team consists of 3 players of GG and 2 from FNC. Not too unrealistic. They go play their "showmatch" and loose to NA, so that the weaker NA team plays at finals instead of the highly contested 3rd (4th?) spot or europe. Or i guess it would not matter at all, cause korea stomps both anyway.

If the allstar-team should have the strongest chances of winning, you really should not put players from so many teams together. Take a jungler and either bot or top and mid from one team, the other two rfom a second team. I think the north american team with the highest chances of success would be cop/patoy/voy/saint/nyjacky. But what do i know :D

Scumbag supports ruining their jungler's chance at getting a unanimous vote.

Clearly nothing as there isn't one TSM member on that team

TSM fanboys too strong. I can't even remember one play Xpecial has made all season, meanwhile Patoy is terrorizing everyone with moo cow.

The fact both Alex+Froggen vote for Xpeke rather than themselves shows a lot. Those are 3 incredibly strong mids right there, but if they can all reach a consensus on who is the best of the 3, that says something.

Curse hasn't lost a game to any of the bottom four teams and they play all of them during the super week (plus dig), TSM is still two games behind. Curse is still in a good spot to go into the playoffs as the #1 seed.
