Ran to the Nexus, ulted Sona, stunned for two seconds which leaves me eight seconds to beat that nexus to death while Voli, Malphite, Caitlyn and Kassadin all pile on me like it's going to do something. Poppy is the dumbest fucking hero in the game. Totally degenerate ult. Everybody walked out of that game feeling like a retard. Yup, Poppy is a piece of shit champion and ever since her release I've hated her with a burning passion equal to 1000 suns. The only reason I don't post daily in the Shikyo thread about that broken asshole is because she's almost never played now. Seriously though, I give Riot an F- for that champion design.

She's never played because she can't lane worth a shit, except maybe against someone like Pantheon. But she can actually jungle surprisingly decently. (I've had far better luck with her clearing than with, say, Tiger Udyr.) Mid is a bitch to gank but you can do the sides unless they're warding like premades, which isn't the case at Gold II. If you did decent in the midgame, unless their AD is Caitlyn or Ez you can just start running them out of fights (with a good chance of killing them) and if you meet in the jungle you can get disgusting initiations. The Diplomatic Immunity -> Nexus thing is just purely idiotic, though.

Like, how do you find someone who understands the pro scene on the same level of their team but is also mature enough and old enough to keep the team in line? I know that all of the LCS teams in North America have managers but none of those managers really fill the role that coaches do for Chinese or Korean teams and in all honesty I think that's probably the single biggest advantage the Asian scene has. The coach just gets to focus on prep and strategy while the players can simply focus on playing the game and improving. NA and EU players are having to focus on the job of coaches and improving. They're basically doing twice the work of Asian teams and most of them are doing it in less time (since I'm pretty sure most of the NA and EU teams scrim a lot less than Asians). Second question, would the NA scene in particular even enjoy this style? Coaches talent scout. A lot. They bring in new blood when players start looking sloppy. I got thinking about this after the Elementz vlog fiasco since regardless of your opinions it's pretty fucking obvious that if the NA scene had a set up like Asia Ele would've gotten benched for a new support awhile ago. I'm sure you could point to lots of pros in the NA scene, and probably the EU scene, who would've gotten the boot if either scene picked up coaches. I don't think the NA scene would enjoy this at all. Just think about all the drama that happened with Chaox or when any other prolific pro gets benched. Despite people saying they want the NA teams to be relevant in the international scene I feel like most of the fanbase wouldn't want to see scarra or Regi or Chauster getting benched and replaced with a relatively unknown guy.

Saint's response. I don't think Saint's did anything wrong with his private conversation with Dlift but damn this is too much. Elementz and Saint should not be posting this shit in public. WTF are you doing Liquid letting them doing this.

Cop is steadily improving and there's no reason why he shouldn't continue to do so. Voyboy has to alternate his play a little and must play safe in some situations. Nyjacky is very solid and there's probably not much he can do other than the obvious and try to improve.

I feel like the latter two apply perfectly to league players. Never have I had a conversation with any acquaintance on league that did not fall under those two categories. In fact pretty much all of my interaction on league boils down to, talk strat which I almost always initiate, listen to others brag about themselves while I get secretly annoyed, this happens the most by far; and finally talk shit about other people which I often participate in too but with occasional guilt. That's when you're in a relaxed environment when people are having fun you talk shit about others and talk yourself up but its not serious. You have to play devils advocate if you want to talk strategy and call the other guy a retard and how much better your ideas are and why but if you aren't comfortable enough to say that it's just you going"I think this" "thats dumb i do this" "uh ok". It's actually just a natural form of ancient greek shit I think, just take opposite sides and see which one defends his side better.
