If he has made genuine efforts to reform, I'm fairly certain he's not going to be given a lifetime ban from LCS (likely in line with IWD's punishment), and the League community should/will give him another chance. We have a short enough memory as is for LoL scandal/drama (DAE scumbag Jatt?).
But to beat a long dead horse, the publicity you pick up from a player like 1g1d is just toxic. If you had picked up some generic mid laner, I'm fairly certain you could've raised the money from reddit and gone with active community support. But people need to learn from somewhere, so don't be too hard on yourself.

Edit: Just read finished watching guitar's video. Although he was probably one of the better choices for mid in the short time tha t you have, picking up Deezer is still a pretty controversial move and one that definitely does not put your team in a good light :/
It's really not hard to be an asshole. Not difficult at all.
It's also really easy to not willingly accept permabanned and toxic players into your team.
Sure, some people won't care, but I'm going with bringing Deezer onto a team, even temporarily and under pressure, as being a great way of demonstrating how poor your decision making process gets when under pressure. Gotta work on that.

its a lot harder to not be an asshole if you have to defend your ego all the time most people eventually crack if you flame them enough from my experience its just assholes have bigger egos so it doesnt take much to set them off

Well... Coming from the Sc2 community I can tell you that Deezer has been given A LOT of "second" chances, and every single time goes back to being exactly how he was before. This has even spanned across at least two different games.
And not just being bad mannered, but flat out cheating.
I think we're well past giving him a chance to start over.

Your mmr is lagging behind expected value of the next league, so as you approach promotion it basically brickwalls you. If you lose a few though your mmr is high enough that you'll win to get you back up to where you are.
Basically you need to either go on a solid hot streak or just get better so you win a higher overall % of games every time you go through the cycle, so that you get closer to 100 every time you hit the low LP gains.

You make it sound as if I'm not from the sc2 community.... I guess I'm just far more lenient; especially since recently been far more reflective in my earlier years. Just a few years can change a person quite a bit.

Taric skills are hard to define which to max first depending on lanes, you might want to add something of that sort if you think its necessary. (E/W aggressive, Q sustain). But otherwise they look good to me.
