I have no idea what item you'd get next to be relevant late game. | ||

The pace of the game has increased since then--an item like Manamune that doesn't give you immediate effectiveness takes too long to charge up before its combat stats can be considered effective. Furthermore, as mentioned already, Corki doesn't have anything that procs Muramana, which makes the item even less compelling. On the one hand, I can see why Corki needs a buff to his mana costs--on the other hand, it bothers me that it would contribute further to the ever-growing mana cost creep. | ||

How about building him much tankier than your typical AD carry? Open 1 damage item (BT or BC) + zerker boots and go straight to warmogs before your second damage item. Gattling gun is ridiculously powerful if you aren't being forced to turn around every second and valkyrie actually does a shitton of damage. The idea then is that most bruisers will either have to stand there and eat your E + autos or chase you into your maxed valk, get cc'd inside, and melted instantly. | ||

He has a pretty ok armor shred ability, but the entire rest of his kit is magic damage, and his only steroid is true damage.) | ||
