All the rulebook says is a player has to be residence of the USA or work eligible for the US, so in guess all the players would have to get greencards but other then that there's nothing preventing a KR team from coming over and playing in the NA or EU LCS.

Well since it's basically a Riot Entertainment show if they felt that was a bad option I'm sure they would do something about it. Also the Blizzard thing isn't a a full commitment. Think players only have to be in that area for a week or two where as LCS is full time employment(Well until you get axed).

Kha'Zix theory:
Runes: Full APen instead of AD.
Evolve order: E Q W
Skill order: R > Q > W > E
Items: Ravenous Hydra, rest normal with Muramana + Brutalizer etc.
Reasoning:
W evolve is omitted because you cannot even clear the casters in 1 cast until lvl 9. You are spamming Q for lasthits and rushing Tiamat so you won't need the clearing ability. Evolving E first while maxing Q first is incredible for escapes, ganks(esp double kill opportunities) and just lane allins. Max armor pen for as much Q bonus damage as possible, also for higher Tiamat active damage. W will still be great for teamfights and poke so it's still evolved at 16. You will preferably not be jumping in so that you require your ult damage reduction.
Single target burst: E W autohit Tiamat Q for maximum Q isolate bonus damage. With Muramana you get 5 stacks for Black Cleaver before your boosted Q with full armor pen runes hits. Assuming 100 armor, it'll be(WIP) You can kill an AD practically during the E jump, just as you land if you spam fast enough, with as boosted Q finisher as possible.
This is all theory. Proceeding with testing.
EDIT: Lol after a feeding spree with Zed, I play TF for the first time in 2 years, DC at lvl 3 for 5min, come back at lvl 3 vs 8, go 8-0-10 and get honored for Teamwork 3 times(first time ever this happens).

So...
Playing as Khazix when I auto normally it applies 1 stack of Black Cleaver. When I auto with Muramana it applies 3 stacks. However, my Q only applies 2 stacks with Muramana.
What the hell? Items Muramana, Black Cleaver, Ravenous Hydra, Last Whisper.
edit: Oh unseen threat procs muramana for a second time which procs black cleaver. That's hilarious. Luckily they nerfed akali

Is it possible that Ravenous Hydra is also adding a stack? Does this happen with Muramana toggled off? Does it happen on other champions with Muramana+Cleaver?
Oh nevermind, you figured out the interaction. Unseen threat does (and was already known to) proc muramana. This is a big reason why people like muramana on KZ.

Right, wasn't used to Black Cleaver stacks -.- Well, 3 stacks for auto... Also that's weird if that was a reason, I like never procced Unseen threat with autos <_<; Need to start doing it at the start of my combo though, 3 instant stacks too good
By the way I was confused because it didn't proc it for W but of course that's not single target -.-

If you guys want Thresh nerfed you have to make a reddit thread about it and get everyone on TL to upvote it until the publicity for the story allows it to get to the bottom of the 2nd page whereby the circlejerk on reddit reaches critical mass to sustain the explosion of views on the story.
I recommend making the post on off hours and get a few of us to upvote on it.
Riot responds quite well to user feedback to nerf/fix things (akali eg.)(possibly nunu if people start baroning with him and a partner early on).
