I know, but high latency definitely affects your download speed. With how slow my download speed and because I utilize a satellite system, I can pretty much infer that it's going to be crazy high/unplayable ping. His first clear with blue buff is fairly fast, after that he usually has a point in W and 2 points in Q to clear fast. He isn't quite as fast as Vi, but frankly he is more than fast enough. | ||
