You can like support and play Taric, but if you hate support, and have to play it, you are likely to pick Taric. Other Chars are FOTM and people pick them when they dont know the matchup based on that (Amumu early S3, Rumble after flamesplitter changes, ect), but those have seemed fairly constant over the last year, for people who want to be doing something else. | ||

Yeah, I live near LA and get about 14 ms on average with Verizon FiOS. I've never really had to play with a delay, so I guess I'm spoiled lol. | ||
