Increasing attack speed no longer is worth increasing amounts of effective CDR. So long as you get all 3 Q hits in, you get the same amount of effective CDR regardless. | ||

Wriggle's is mathematically very unfavorable compared to Madred's+Spirit. Especially after they chopped yet another 100 gold off the price of Spirit. Not saying you should even buy Spirit on Xin, but if you did, it'd still probably be better than Wriggle's. | ||
