Generally raging at my allies in the game will only piss them off, start a fight, get them to play worse, and lead to a worse experience for me or if I'm playing with my friends, for them. Oh and I try my hardest not to rage at friends. Most I'm fine with and never rage at. I'll joke around every once in a while about things but I don't think anyone takes it seriously. I'm way harder on myself. But there are total scrubs that I have a hard time coordinating with.

If someone starts saying that and I am higher I will simply tell them that because they are being so inconsiderate and trying to hold the team hostage I will pick that role and then let them get reported and that its worth losing some elo to weed out the jackasses. I haven't seen someone try that in a long time though.

i've also played extensively with myself (Howard: ...IN BED HAHAHHAHA) and can confirm that I'm also a fucking dick (howard: *sniggers*) you see outlaw, I can call anyone a dick it's just nobody else takes it personally Also, I don't like the term "bottling up" rage. Its bottling up because somethings bothering you, it's best to dig deep and really unravel what it is. Teammates play like shit all the time. From my experience I find theres something else behind it and you can unravel, it's usually some frustration with your own play as well, maybe dying a lot for stupid reasons. (personally indicating I need to consume more calories because my brain shuts down and I go full retard in lague if I don't make sure I eat a lot OP)

Maybe it's just me being tired once again, but this is like on of the weirdest things I've ever read. I mean there are quite a few strange comments earlier in this thread but this one is just the most I don't even? So if someone doesn't express themselves to your liking you will set them up and entrap them to get reported while using the fact that champ select chat doesn't appear in tribunal to maintain your holy aura of righteousness.. WHY?!? edit: actually I think my sarcasm-o-meter is broken ? ^^^^ Teut wai you so mean FURTHERMORE why do you set up your own inbed jokes and no imitating split personality disorder doesn't make it any better

If you cant rationalize the fact that it is just 1 game out of thousands, then you need to work on your attitude cuz you are gonna burn out before you actually get any better.

I think it just means you're focusing on the wrong things, you can't change anyone else, but you can change yourself, and your own play. Realize if you played perfectly; better than the best player in the world ever could, you would win that game. Suddenly the helplessness is wrong, all you need now is energy and determination to find your mistakes. Perfection is impossible to achieve, but I think as someone famously said, you are essentially dead if you stop trying to achieve it. scip its not split personality disorder I'm just imagining myself being on vent with howard and reading my post out to him and that's EXACTLY what he'd say and you know it.

edit: unless you are IdrA, because then it is completely natural that your rage comes from the passion and love for the game and you channel your madness into excellence (or not winning since like a year ago ALOL)

Taking a break from LOL and playing vs AI Bots once a day for first win IP is incredibly relaxing and pretty much cured my need to vent or rage in ranked games. Its therapeutic going 40-0-10 with three penta kills. I play better now that I ever have. I like that you have been banned before for raging, yet your name is ItsFunToLose ![]()

Do it on your personal time, no one's going to complain. If you're going to vent publicly, accept being judge as so. "Chained by society" is a huge cop out. No one is saying you can't be mad, just don't do it where other people have to associate with it. Edit: who is dis overt guy... get out of my headddd. G_G Signs of raging
