I kind of liked "Celerity" as Nami's passive's name. It reminds me of Heroes of Might and Magic (Ring of Celerity).

Sorry for answering this late, I went to bed.
There was a tiny period of a day or two when I was watching salce, that was when Ziggs came out and he spammed games with him. Got tired of the stream shortly thereafter and haven't tuned in since, except for 2 minutes the other day when all he did was complain his jungler doesn't gank top.
I guess Scarra and Wings kind of spoiled me, but whenever I turn into streams like Salce's or Dyrus', I get bored super quickly because learning from them is much harder and they don't seem to interact with viewers at all. I don't see the point of watching their streams when I could be spectating them in the client in better quality with my own music. Especially after the 23rd apologetic video of Dyrus and some stuff salce said after leaving curse, I don't want to give them any money either, so there's that.
Tl;DR both streams are bad in my opinion, I don't (can't stand to) watch them these days anymore.

Uh, I am not sure if that pokemon's name is based on that word, but as far as I can recall I have only encountered that word two times, once from HoMM, and once from a novel I read a long time ago and I don't even remember its name - the point is, "celerity" feels like a "fancy" word to me and LoL severely lacks "fancy" words.

I think one needs to be cautious about learning from WoDx. I feel that sometimes he makes a bad play then try to justify his choices. Scarra usually just straight up admit he played bad.

So the magic penetration of Haunting guise and other MP sources like sorc boots don't stack anymore? Just asking because I found this:

Can someone on PBE confirm this?

Eyes of Pain is also the passive on the upgrade to Haunting Guise, Liandry's Lament - it's to prevent them stacking w/one another. They've keyworded all unique passives for clarity.

Pretty sure MPEN on sorc boots is not unique, and has never been unique. I contemplated buying two sorc boots before for extra MPEN, and I think with the boots enchantment thing it might become be feasible for an extremely rare scenario which you want two different enchantments.
