you can still compare them to each other!

I was just looking randomly, but in ~10 minutes the most "lose" item appears to be:
bonetooth necklace (huehuehue)

followed by:
thornmail
haunting guise
mana manipulator
banshee's veil
boots of swiftness
ionic spark
manamune

(I didn't look at Dominion-only items)

This is especially true when you talk about items. Tiamat is sitting somewhere between a 65% and 75% winrate every day in all regions and in all ranked play.

If you went by lolking statistics for your item build then you'd have a shitty build every single game. I think that if you post on TL people have the right to criticize your build and offer improvements. If you're building unconventional shit you'd better have games and examples to back up your theories behind them. And for the record, Haunting Guise is still pretty situational. It's not good on everyone and in fact there are probably only a small number of AP champions that make good use of it (and most of them are top laners who generally have to combat early MR lol).
