EPTAn item being bad, and an item being situational are two very different things. Conversely, items that are strong in all cases will show higher winrates because you won't be punished as hard for selecting the wrong item for a given scenario--but the wrong item is still the wrong item.

They have so little map control it hurts, always getting caught 1vX because they have no idea where CLG is and they don't play accordingly defensive. | ||
