So I saw something interesting today.
A summoner that goes by the name of "A07772790" plays almost exclusively AD Gragas, and apparently at any position (Mostly Mid and Top I would assume). I saw on somebody's stream earlier that he completely smashed a Riven. Sounded like fun.

I wish I knew how he skilled in lane. I'm interested to try this out in some normals and in house games. Anybody know something?

He plays Gragas in anylane. I've seen him do amazing shit with support Gragas and that's what it looks like he's playing in his LoLking profile (check the details, he's support.)
He goes standard AP gragas when he gets midlane and he's really sick at AP Gragas too. Can't remember his build when he goes top though, probably just AP with ninja tabi though.

So I guess that chauster playing lots of lee sin jungle has made everyone want to play him.

Lee sin is a popular pick in general and chauster is probably the last person i think of when it comes to lee
I blame the recent surge of (mid) lee on froggen and before that diamondeeeeez
1. diamondprox 2. froggen 3. shake

Umm is matchmaking broken or something. I'm level 21 and I just faced a level 30 with 1200 wins in a normal blind pick mid. He went lee mid with full MR/AD runes. Didn't expect that ;(. Still actually stayed in it with Ryze after dying fb though, good thing it was Lee not something you don't have to be good at!@
First time got feeling of the whole "pay to win" thing people cry about. Don't get how level 30s queue with rest in normals :<

LOOL. You played against Marn and ClakeyD. Shit was so funny.

Lee bot is pretty good as well. Its ridiculous with crank, but other combos work. You can go lee/support or straight bruisers like lee/wu.

He might have been duoing with someone at a lower level. Or the level range has been expanded cuz of less players in queue overall. It was mostly bad luck for you. At least you have an excuse for the loss. While grinding levels sucks hard but Riot's reasoning for it is understandable. You can bring up the "pay to win" argument for runes though since it takes insanely long to grind IP for the pages (6,3 k each!) and runes themselves.

Nah I won, wasn't really making excuse just didn't realise it could match like that. The leveling up etc. makes sense to me it's just tedious :<. Also didn't realise how beastly Lee mid is early levels :D Like runes/masteries don't really offset the matchup that much if you just outplay the guy. Just thought they separate queues.

By default the matchmaking system will try to match players under 30 with other players around their same level before taking normal Elo into account. Most likely it is as another guy said, someone queued with their low level buddy and broke the matchmaking. Unfortunately as long as the system allows players to queue together there isn't really any way to fix this and it tends to make for shitty games. One of those things you just have to live with I guess. Sometimes I wish there was a "only match me with solo players" option but I guess lots of people would chose it and it would make queue times unbearable for those queuing together.

Exactly, you've been playing with that fps...forever. So obviously it's not going to feel any differently to you, you've grown accustomed to playing with that FPS. Reginald playing at that FPS for presumably the first time, is clearly going to notice some difference. Pro players can get very easily tilted if their settings aren't identical to what they've practiced with.
Now do you see how utterly meaningless your post about what FPS you play with is?

But he played at home with 60FPS too.
Is the discussion about noticing 60 FPS or more FPS or is it about that regi just sucked and used a lame excuse?

Do not buy pages with IP... if you're willing to invest so much time into the game, just buy some RP and buy pages. Most efficient way to spend RP are rune pages.
