Anyone played Zed on PBE?
To me he feels like a shittier version of Talon+Shen combined. His "gapcloser" is W with E to slow and then W to move in, or to get in with ult, but his damage is pretty meh (being bonus AD only) and his escape is jumping back to shadows but you are jumping in with shadows so he really doesn't have an escape.
Energy return is also really lackluster, compared to Shen or Lee's energy sustain.
Edit: Thinking about it more, he's more like a melee version of Katarina, except without the absurd Q+W damage or R, or reset, or 15% damage reduction from shunpo. He needs to be in the middle of their team to do damage with Q+E but has no survivability.
I could also be just bad at chaining R damage amp with W and then get 3 Qs off on the same guy. But E not stacking is pretty lame for single target DPS.

This is what I have been telling people. He is a shittier version of Talon. His R has very short range, and if he uses W to pre-gapclose before R he loses like 33% of his damage.

Yeah yeah, I used to delude myself the same way. It wasn't until I was raiding 6 hours a night 4 days a week and playing nearly nonstop besides that when I realized that there might have been a problem... They tell me I have a self-destructive personality, but I don't see it.

My username originated from a book i started writing when i was 14. It had 0 to do with d2's paladin being a black guy and has even less to do with WoW. I actually have a real distaste for wow, mainly because you need to pay monthy to play a game. To me it's just a cash cow for blizz. X_x
I prefer to pay once for a game.
