the difference in CC is pretty great, can't really compare garen to the other ones, at least in terms of getting to the backline, and doing damage to squishies. | ||

I think that statement is even more true, due to the abyssal nerf, but there are still a chunk of champions that don't benefit that greatly from DFG, but those champions usually benefit from Athene's, so the most important part is that CDR. Great endgame items with cdr, is what makes dfg and athene's really important for a lot of current champs. | ||

Well, out of the ones that get more than 66% more damage from cdr no one really wants DFG. Only maybe Katarina. I'd get Athenes on Ziggs. On the other hand Diana is only at 38% on that chart, but DFG is pretty core on her. I find many numbers on that table to be very missleading since you gotta take into account way more than those numbers and it's impossible to quanitify a lot of the things that go into the decisions for builds. One thing that you can see nicely is that Cassio and Karthus sustained damage is much higher than that of other aps if you look at ap/s. Who would have guessed. | ||

Also I didn't look that hard at Garen's rework but once I did, wtf. His W's passive scales so well in the late game. o_o Good thing you only max it last. | ||

Sounds about right, though lichbane isn't that great on Evelynn unless you've got a big lead (i.e. you will live longer than 3 seconds diving into the enemy team). Since you want to burst people down, you'd only get one or two procs off, and it involves getting extremely close, instead of kiting them at hate spike range (a surprising 500). Even Ravage has 100 more range than her autos. Only get it if the enemy went pure MR imo. | ||
