Wouldn't surprise me since they did it before a while back.

Nop. Played when I was at 1207 with a 1700 dude, we were matched mostly against 1500 people, he won 8 and lost 15 depending on the outcome, I won something like 14-15 and lost 9.

lol that sped up jax owned everything so fast.

M5 is winning, but it doesn't seem like it was because Xin Zhao. I didn't watch the whole game, but Xin wasn't able to get any good ganks off early on.
|
Yeah but normally you don't say "m5 didn't win because of jungler" you're being overly critical. Often junglers dont get many good ganks off in arranged 5's. He was still just a decent bruiser jungler pretty similar to nocturne.

Why is Ocelote playing Irelia/Kennen top in the SK vs M5 matches? From what I've seen, Oce is even worse outside of the mid lane.. :o
Actually, he feels similar to hotshot really. Can be brilliant, but more often not.

wait, that doesn't make any sense. unless hotshot thinks he's going to become a top tier jungler.

Yeah, woulda been much smarter to take over the coaching spot. I dunno, call me crazy but even hotshot probably knows Saint a much better jungler than he is.

I wouldn't put it past hotshot to think that jungling is "easy" and doesn't take much knowledge (kill creeps doesn't take much skill).
|
the word seems to be more that voy agreed to leave since he wasnt able to do what the team wanted in terms of practice. more like a forced exit than a kick out the door ;D

He didn't even have to leave top lane. what boggles my mind is why they got voyboy. why didn't they just use lapaaka (who has been confirmed for CLG black), a top NA jungler they seemingly all get along with well?! Even holding jungler tryouts probably would've been better than picking up voyboy. I mean fuck, Dignitas and CLG.eu pulled Dominate and Snoopeh seemingly out of no where, and they are now two of the best junglers.

Xpecial also said there was money involed in these trades. but that wouldn't make any sense, why would you spend money to make your team worse? and even with all the bullshit drama rumors floating around there has to be more to the whole thing than the public knows. either that, or NA top teams are just ridiculously fucking stupid.
and people are now predicting TSM to be the new NA top team, but look at the new jonas vlog. TSM seems to be going back to their old, pre-jonas form at blazing speed. I don't even know anymore. It's like all the NA teams are on a race to make themselves obsolete as soon as possible.

Yes, but would HS ever admit it? As a CLG fan I would be happy if HS seriously tries to become a top jungler since it means there is some motivation he was missing in the past and they (CLG) currently can't play any worse than now (I hope lol). Anyway, HS "giving up" top lane has to mean something.
Generally speaking, I think that Saint leaving has something to do with his behaviour during games. In the last few months (it started way before CLG went to Korea for OGN) he attacked pretty much every other member verbally in a very insulting way ("retard", "dumb fuck", "bastard" are all words I heard coming from Saint during games they streamed). He especially liked to play the blame game with Doublelift and then HS when he tried to defend DL.
And it got even worse after the games. It went so far that they sometimes had to cancel scheduled scrims because they all were so mad at each other.
Saint is a top jungler, no one will doubt that. But his really condescending and insulting behaviour between the people is why some talk about him as an "arse" regarding interpersonal relationship between him and the CLG members.

Xpecial said a lot of money being traded was the only way he could see the trades making sense because it just makes each team worse. Xpecial was not working off of any extra information he was just giving his opinions on the trades.

money being involved would only make sense if one team got a big advantage out of the trade. but it's more like they all gimped themselves.

Lapaka isn't a worthwhile pickup if you're actually hoping to stay a top competitive team. He's even more overrated than Dan Dinh.
The one reason they should've taken Voyboy was if Hotshot was going to stop playing and just manage CLG. They probably took Voyboy just because they knew he was available and is good, but Hotshot's ego probably has him believing he can become a top tier jungler overnight, if at all.
Chauster could probably become the jungler, but even then his jungler pool is limited, but at least he'd be better at it than Hotshot. That said, Hotshot is one of the worst supports ever to exist. You just don't have 5 people who fit on one team.

All I see from these things is that the Koreans will destroy the NA teams in season 2
