People were complaining about Regi and his attitude way before TRM left TSM. Also the criticism towards TRM was always directed more towards his play and not so much his personality. People were always complaining that Regi is difficult, but this was mostly overlooked, when he was playing well.
I agree though that there is a mentality in the lol community to find the weakest link in a team and place all the blame on that person. It also happens in Solo Q all the time. Whoever fucks up the most will get blamed for the loss.

Im well happy with Lulu, shes so versatile! Great champion design imo, passive might get tweaked a little I think but shes sooo fun to play. After lvl4 you are ungankable with E and W on yourself, slowing your followers with Q. I wrecked a leesin, gp, riven, rumble and ww toplane with her, wasnt even close. Im not the best of players so if I can do well with her...
The ult is the least impressive skill , but still very very nice (popped it on a karthus just before he flashed in).
The enemy Lulu popped her ulti on her Jarvan while he ulted 2, he wasnt amused

I'm still mixed on how strong Lulu is. I feel the haste lasts too long, but the polymorph is underwhelming. The ult is very strong, especially when used to follow up on a tank initiating or a melee for them to stick like glue to a carry. Passive seems okay. Really hate her Q, though. It's such a generic line "nuke" that really doesn't do much. The forking thing really adds almost nothing to her kit.
It feels like her lane presence is just lacking, but her kit is good for team fights (minus Q which sucks).

When you E someone and then Q, it opens up a whole new level of the skill tho. I killed alot of people yesterday that were 'safe' just because someone on their team had my E on them and I could use Q to finish them off. The forking is new, the slow is a nice addition and the damage isnt bad. This champ delivers fun!

You could just stick to your carry aswell and it'd be really hard to kill your carry. Q slows for 80%, great to help your carry kite.

It's not okay because using faggot or gay as an insulting pejorative is insulting and ignorant and he should be ashamed for not only saying it, but also for being a cruel and hateful person to his so called friends. He props himself up in a public and very visible location, all of his actions while in this state can and should be criticized. He has a terrible attitude and major maturity issues. He wants to make the calls and be the leader of his team, but his leadership skills amount to insults, projecting, and blame deflection.

The problem isn't with regi, the problem is with the rest of TSM. As long as they let him get away with it, why should he change? Don't understand why tsm doesn't do anything when it's 4v1. They don't rely on regi as much as people think, it's more like regi relies on them.

Because the rest of TSM are very mild mannered (Xspecial or Chaox) or are similarly minded (TRM and Oddone). Dyrus is new to the actual teamplay so I'm not sure what his reaction will be to being told to "Shut the fuck up you stupid faggot" every scrim.
Anyhow, no, it's not the victim's fault for being abused. This is entirely on Reginald. It would expedite the process if his friends took him up on his crap, but they can't be blamed for not wanting to drive him out more than Regi should be blamed for all of his personal shortcomings.
