It's probably the most valuable thing you could buy with RP if you want to play. It really allows you to specialize and make rune pages specifically for a champion or even multiple for a champion so you can really survive hard lanes. | ||

Banshee and FoN are both good depending on the enemy team. Veil is generally best if it will let you block a CC and get to the priority target (where you'd otherwise be denied by e.g. Janna tornado) and it gives HP. FoN lets you be more durable in longer fights generally. | ||
