Xerath is good enough already. But curious, what would you propose his new passive be?
I've thought about changing it to give him MR rather than armor, but that doesn't really seem fair since he's usually gonna be against AP champs in mid. : /
Edit: Also is it true that Xerath falls off late game? I've never seen a game with him get that far.

Xerath has incredible range with incredible %mpen and decent ratios, don't see how he'd fall off lategame. He's boring to play though, without his ult he only has 2 abilities and he can't even auto to kill some time.

That being said, Shyvana is without a doubt my favorite champ in the current pool. I think many many many people don't realize how strong she is, which is a little silly. There are not many matchups where Shy straight up doesn't just out trade, and she is ridiculously good at quickly pushing lanes/farming mass amounts of minions.
Not only that, but she combines innate tankiness (good scaling Armor/MR+bonus to both from Ulti) with steady magic and physical damage. Very very reliable/flexible champion that is hard to straight up counter.

I used to hate Shyvana and think she sucks and I still do to an extent, but I feel that Shyvana is probably secretly OP due to the ridiculous amount of free stats she gets from her ulti. With just an aegis/wriggles Shyvana is as tanky as balls in her ultimate form and can probably go pure or close to pure dps with her builds.
