Man, I really wanted surge to just be Taric ult on a summoner. That's how they made it sound, but that thing is silly weird. I can't even think of a champion that wants AP and Aspeed on demand like that, that isn't already taking ignite. That noct nerf though, wow that's pretty steep imo.

I thought this was a tourny patch, why did they completely destroy like 12 champions, add new masteries, AND new summoners.

Seems like this wasn't really thought through X_X.

I'm pretty shocked after hearing how CLG members talk to each other during matches that they are any good at all. I've seen solo queue teams with better chemistry O_o I wonder if all LoL teams are like that (seeing as CLG is undoubtedly a top team) cause if some good players could get an actual team together they should be steamrolling these guys.

I think Riot has a different understanding of "tournament patch" than we do.

To us, "tournament patch" means small changes so as to preserve relative balance.

To them, I'm guessing "tournament patch" means make big changes now and small changes on subsequent patches so that the live server remains comparatively similar to the tournament server.

Is it just me or is the Heal buff pretty insignificant? The problem is still the fact that it only heals allies by 50%.

What's funny is that they only AD that got a meaningful buff was Trist, who of all the AD carries is the one who probably shouldn't have been buffed at all. Trist is already resurging in popularity in both solo queue and competitive play. Inc next OP carry.

MF buff is slightly helpful, but neglects her real issues of excessive mana costs.

Corki buff accomplishes very little, so I doubt I'll see him much. Kassadin nerf on Q is nice since he won't be able to freely harass so much without committing to a rift, but won't be enough.
Kog nerf on W range is good given how broken his range in late, but will prob still need another slight nerf.
Malphite probably still not quite buffed enough.
Akali pretty heavy nerfs, especially aimed at her excessive life steal.
Maybe Orianna will return to being used with the Q range buff / mana regen.
Sion nerfs probably wont be enough. Need to just redo the champion and make a kit that isn't half geared toward AD and half toward AP.
Sona change is just dumb.
Junglers nerfed (again) because of laners, ZZZ.

Trist has been my favorite AD carry for quite a while and Im glad to see her get buffed.

Flash nerfs seem... not enough to me. I'll have to test it out to see. Im one of those 3 second damage timer people though and wish this nerf were bigger.

Cleanse looks STRONG. That's alternatively 700 gold I dont have to spend on a QSS on a ranged carry OR the ability to take two free CCs in a fight. This might make trynd real viable though -_-
