IMO Vayne's broken right now in that she's a little on the underwhelming side, but the problem is that % max hp true damage is just such a retarded concept that she really can't be buffed otherwise she'll just be batshit OP. She's gotta have something shitty about her and that "something shitty" is basically everything about her except for her Q and W and maybe her passive.
EDIT: I totally called this whole Vayne becoming underwhelming due to unbalanceability shit on release btw.

And plenty of vaynes do go attack speed, boots zeal first items. Vayne is MF who doesn't lose her movement speed buff with true damage.

Why would they be at the bottom feeling sad? They're all perfectly fine. Each AD brings something different, there's no single clear-cut best for every situation AD carry.

Shes fine except that her base armor mres or hp feels bit too low... A bit unforgiving to lane with because a really minor thing like taking a skillshot hit from cait for instance will put you at half hp.

i only get half the audio messages now. i farm top and think all is fine and then i look up and the enemy has 10 kills

Vayne is top 4 imo, the other four being Ashe Cait Kog. True damage % of max HP is just such a bullshit concept that you can never neglect it, ever. Ever.

As a representative of the 'not very good at LOL' part of the community, I want to say what a relief it is that Morde's laning has been nerfed. It's just not any fun to face a champion for the first part of the game who you cannot hurt or pressure at all.. Kind of like lanewick before.

Maybe I'm just bad but I actually think that Tristana is better than Cait and Vayne. She just isn't as easy early game so I like to think that's why she isn't played as often. Could be totally wrong though.

Trist rly strong early, kinda weak mid and amazing late. Cait/ashe just offer so much more than her though imo.

problem with vayne is that her range is pretty bad considering how squishy she is. sure, she has invis for some survivability, but that's really not much. her ability to melt people late game is strong, but not any more so than an equally farmed trist or kog. vayne's early game took a huge beating with all the Q and E nerfs too.

why is noone playing yorick, i just bought him and he is like as annoying to lane against as old morde plus he can just ghost his own carry and doesnt even need someone to dive the enemies. I never see them, but morde was in every 2nd game?
