Loci streaming. Look to see how high loci's elo is. Look at his win page. 9 ranked wins in a row. edit: make that a full 10 games of ranked wins.

So... since I don't really know where else to ask without a huge OP...
A few buddies of mine and me just founded a brand new LoL-team. We're looking for a cool way to communicate that's not Facebook / Forums only. (aka, an easy going homepage)
On the first look something like http://www.enjin.com would be awesome. The only reason I kinda dislike enjin is, that their free plan does not offer eventplanning/calender. Apart from that the site is totally awesome and easy to use/modify.
Features I'm looking for: -Forums -Shoutbox -Eventmanagement/Calender (notifying people for certain events would be a huge plus)
All that in a neat, free (ads are fine) package and not looking like beepworld.
Anyone got suggestions? =)

Joomla is nice for this type of things. Or used to at least.

I find solo q to be the most relaxing, to be honest. In multi-queues it tends to be a lot harder to "shed your expectations of other people" and just focus on getting individually better, but in solo q you can drown out everyone else and focus purely on getting better yourself.
The moment you stop feeling the drive to do that, or you find your priorities shifting, I think you need to stop though. Going to solo q intending solely to win is a poisonous attitude, both for yourself and for your team, because you start subconsciously cutting corners to try to eek out silly advantages and end up just playing subpar.

I would suggest either Joomla ( http://www.joomla.org/ ) SMF(Simple Machine Forums : http://www.simplemachines.org/) or even Guild Portal ( http://www.guildportal.com/ )
You need a minimum of PHP(or general web) knowledge, for the first 2 options, but you have a lot more liberty in what you can do, and a LOT of community mods available.
For Guild Portal, I never used it but I heard it's extremely simple for anyone with half a brain.
Anyways, have fun, you can PM me if you need some help setupping either Joomla or SMF, as I have some experience using both.

As the losses pile up from mistakes by other people (and sometimes my own) it really really is hard to be positive. Especially when you know as a team collectively that your team is retarded with no teamwork and everyone arguing 4 min into the game you know this and its depressing to know you lost 5 min in then play it out 45 mins because my team hates each other so surrendering wont work nor will they work together.

Could you elaborate and/or provide an example on the bolded part? I'm misunderstanding what you mean, because anything that gives you an advantage, no matter how "silly" it is, does not seem subpar to me.

first of all good luck second of all i highly recommend SMF. it's not free but it's quite cheap for what you get. i'm part of 3 SMF forums and they're all easy to use and have high functionality
if you need any tips on captaining or organizing, feel free to ask :3
