I had a pretty high elo before the ranking system was introduced, maybe that also affected it? But that was 14 month ago, so LoL elo is just confusing. Also side note, katarina is sooo weak compared to 14 month ago  | ||

IE only new people to ranked, hence nobody can actually be the highest elo. | ||
