I have a challenge for all you LoL thrill seekers. I want to see anyone have a game with 10+ kills and 0 assists.
Does caller have a calling card or batlight or something since I figure he is going to be the first one to accomplish this.

I routinely play with friends way below my skill level so this almost happens a decent amount (and surely has happened a few times). Got two of my recent matches where I'm 24-2-3 and 23-1-4 without trying to KS.
EDIT: to clarify this happens because our combined ELO is significantly under my ELO, so my opponents are too

Shiet TL, our team got a bye. Gonna own u noobs next round >

She streams at night time PST. Just a few days ago she was laning as Shen with a Janna. She somehow dies in the first encounter and hilarity insues.
Rhazelle: OMFG what the fuck?! Janna: ... Rhazelle: How come you didn't fucking shield me? Janna: Dude I'm still lv. 1 Rhazelle: WTF you didn't get shield first? What kind of noob shit is that?? Janna: uhh... Janna always get tornado first Rhazelle: What the fuck are you talking about Janna always gets shield first. You fucking don't know how to play Janna. Next game I'll show you how it's done.

Yo guys does anyone know what this this? Does TL have a LoL team. I was browing around the news on the league of legends site when i saw this
In last week’s action, Team SoloMid made some waves in the competitive community with an upset over the undefeated Counter Logic Gaming in a 2-0 series. That result puts both teams at a 5-1 record along with Rock Solid. Of the three, CLG barely holds the lead with a 10:2 round win/loss ratio.
Additionally, a pair of teams chases the lead with four wins. TeamLiquid and OGODBEARS both remain just one victory from the top of the pile. If the league so far is any indication, the remaining five playdays will feature an intense battle for top placement.
Our first showcased face-off the week is between the Chinese CCM take on unRestricted. Both teams are sitting on 3-3 records where a loss would place the squad in poor position for the remainder of the schedule.

You don't need an all female team for that, you just need hotshot soloqueue.

I like to go for R first on Janna. ultimate is most powerful skill u know

8% movespeed 24% slow over 4 sec 60+.8 damage 600 range at 12 sec CD for 40 mana
vs
80+.9 shield 14 AD for 5 sec at 10 sec CD for 70 mana
Attackspeed at lvl 1 is generally something around 0.66, so 2 attacks in 3 seconds. If you are lucky, you get 4 attacks in while you have E. That's an extra 52 damage. But at the same time you move in to 475 autoattack range for a full 5 seconds. If the enemy doesn't retaliate, W deals more damage and you can kite/chase better. If the enemy can retaliate you are comparing harrass from 600 range over .5 seconds against harrass from 475 range over 5 seconds. I'm tempted to believe that the enemy can deal 80 damage in those 4.5 seconds, meaning that E is weaker again. If I shield an Ashe or Cait, they have to spend 5 seconds autoattacking enemies to come close to the value of W. During that time they can't farm. W wins again.
Can you really provide me a compelling reason to go E over W? Q for lvl 1 teamfights, obviously.

Yeah, but wheres the fun in that?

W won't help you when they are playing aggressive because they have the stronger lane, also many of your lane partners don't only have auto attacks but also an AD scaling spell. Shield is slightly worse when purely talking damage, but the 80+.9 health shield means its a much stronger spell per cast and generally safer (also lower cd can matter at times). So yeh if you have the strong lane or you can safely harras them on your own, go for W but if you have to expect them just jumping on you with say a taric stun and some Mf pain when you get in for a W then shield is much better for lvl 1.

I can see shield first being ok if you're babysitting bottom lane right from the start, but when you consider how common a level 1 gank on a bad lane (in which case shield first is terrible because you can't gank with it), or a level 1 fight (in whcih case shield is terrible because it doesn't CC 5 people) are, that's not even close to 90% of the time where you want shield at lvl 1.
Of course, in all cases, you shouldn't pick which one to level until you're absolutely in a position where you HAVE to choose.

The thing is, a lot of the time, your first spell cast isn't even IN lane. W enables quick ganks to mid or top before you go to lane, and is obviously better if you're full-time roaming; while Q is obviously better for level 1 fights because of the range and AoE CC potential.
Even if you're staying bot lane, and get W at 1 to gank mid or top before going to lane, you can get E at 2, which you should get by the end of the 3rd creep wave (assuming you miss the first creep wave). It shouldn't usually be the case where that means the difference between getting zoned and not for your other bot laner, but in the event that it does, having to back off 1-2 creep waves is worth the chance to completely cripple one of the opposing solos for the first 5 minutes of the game if your level 1 gank goes well.
