Nova gets shit on by Zeratul anyways so I've never understood the logic. Early game Nova can do pretty well against Zera, since he will either risk dieing with a blink in, or get hit by snipe. It gets difficult on 13, because Wormhole turns Zeratul into a ranged hero. But on 16 Nova can kill him the moment he blinks in for a poke. But its really a bad Idea anyway. Before the Zera change it was okay, because both relied on Gathering Power. Since Nova is the only one that needs it, its really hard to play with her against heroes that so easily can kill her. You do have Envenom though on Nova, which gains some value against cloaked heroes. But in 9 out of 10 games, Zeratuls are usually not in fear of the Nova and take Void Prison instead of Shadow Assault aka "Nova stack reset after she used her snipe". And I am still at that level, where Voidprisons are a diceroll which team dies. The need for Gathering Power just makes her bad at super high level, just as it made Zeratul bad, but he still had Void Prison going for him. Funnily at high level, she is super strong, because everyone just focusses on you.

Yeah, lots of outdated info at this point. I'd add that I've found Chromie to be really good actually. Has clairvoyance at level 1 with 25 sec cooldown (which is underrated imo. great info gathering at high elo and great for babysitting teammates at lower elo). And then bronze talons at lvl 3 (the one that empowers your auto) is really good for bursting down the assassin when they come in. Also time trap vs zeratul is great. Learning to play Chromie this way would actually develop a lot of great skills for a newer player (map awareness, not panicking, positioning, skill shots, getting in autos)

If I'm playing Zeratul or Valeera against a team with a Jaina/KT/Rhegar then yea they are going to have a pretty bad time, especially if it's in QM In draft stealth heroes are a bit more manageable because you can always run Tassadar or Chromie (or LT..) against them and let me tell you, nothings more frustrating playing Zeratul against Tass or Chromie and getting revealed constantly, it really takes your threat level down a notch.
