Because it's arena. You can't predict what you'll get.
My current rogue has zero backstabs and zero deadly poison, AND my previous rogue had zero backstabs and zero deadly poison; you can't draft for what you expect/hope to get, only for what you already have. Where possible, avoid cards that are only good when used in synergy with other cards, if you do not yet have those other cards in the draft.

So far (have had access for 5 days) i have done 5 or 6 arena runs, went 2 then 3 and the last four times 4 wins. On my 4th run or so I got my first legendary in a pack which was... Sylvanas D:

Got my first 12-2 since I started playing in December.
Shaman deck.
In the last game I totemed a taunt twice in a row 1/3 and 1/4 against the Warrior's gorehowl to win the game. So dirty.
410 gold and 2 packs Nice.
My current arena average is 6.3 wins. Almost at that magic 7 infinite arena point.

Got to 12-0 with this deck. I really liked the way the draft went but still didn't think it was that spectacular. But the deck had some surprising comebacks and was a lot of fun to play. Sadly the rewards where kinda subpar:

Can you not just DE Sylvanas for full value to get any legendary you want? Or has that grace period ended by now...

Grace period for disenchanting should be 2 weeks.

I already have a bloodmage thalnos but not sure if I should wait till he gets patched and for edwin vancleef as well.
I already have most of the popular legendaries already (only missing Cairne Bloodhoof / Nat Pagle / The Black Knight / Tirion Fordring) and I'm rarely playing constructed anyways.
I think I'll just hold onto them for a while

Just went 0-3 with decent Mage deck. Still can´t believe it happened and especially with mage.

Went 0/3 with a druid deck that didn't look too bad, BUT:
- Lost the first game due to my computer freezing: it tends to do that occasionally since I'm running Hearthstone through wine on ubuntu from and external HDD, I should really buy a new internal one since my current is bust.
- Quit the second game halfway through where I was doing pretty okay since a mate from a year above in the uni called me and I helped him with an obscure program hes using/learning for his BSc over skype and ssh for like 15 minutes.
- Lost the third game due to internet mysteriously dropping halfway through.
Got absolutely wrecked by bad timing that you wouldn't expect from playing a game where the average match lasts 10-20 minutes, dio mio!

12 wins this run, I didn't even know arena could outright give legendaries! The deadly shot was a bit of a downer, but not complaining overall

I went 3-3 as a Paladin but I lost 1 game to DC that I was about to win with a kings'd worgen. T_T
Then went 9-3 with a Rogue. Only got 160 gold, a golden common, some dust and cards...SO BAD.

Arena imgI've just started Hearthstone and on my second arena run it has decided to be kind to me and give me the sickest set of cards yet... Could probably go constructed and whoop some asses...

On average i get two "game closed" each time I do arena so i rarely get above 4 wins -_-

Haha after my latest rogue run, I have most common wins: 12 on my arenamastery page, but I have only 6 wins average Have some classes below 3 wins average and rogue almost 9. Do anyone have such difference between class winrates?
Obviously the sample size is small, I have about 50 arena runs in total.

I got some wierd glowing over my cards, it was close to impossible to see what card it was. And before that my cards stacked real bad which resulted in a blood lust on and empty board. Ofc i lost both games which resulted in my worst arena in a long time 2-3
