It's not Blizzards fault that people enter giveaways even though they already have a key, it's not blizzards fault that people who get keys from opt-in gives them away to others and it's not blizzards fault that people have a hundred email accounts to opt-in from.

Actually they did!!! I know a person who was playing HS and got yet another key from the EU opt-in yesterday :D

its not a bug.. its how they create hype and how they give the keys away. Its not the first time it happened. If you watch twitch a lot and read the chat (not sure how accurate) you see it happen a lot. Some people have like 3 keys.. one from a give away, they play it and then they get yet another one from a opt-in wave... seriously...
Oh and also, they could do daily optin waves instead of giving 300k keys away to community sites for a key an hour stream ... like to people who signed up from day 1 per example. Matter of priorities but its not like they said that they want everybody to play asap.. that is just a plain lie.

Well, if people have a beta on their account, they should not receive opt-ins on that account anymore, logically. If they use it on another account, it makes sense that they still get an opt-in

I see it this way.. if they get an opt-in key and add to their account, they can still enter a giveaway and get a key to give their friend. If they however get a giveaway key and add, they just lost their spot in the opt-in and can't get the key for their friend.
I see how this can be considered fair since the actual goal of the giveaways and opt-ins is not to give away the keys, at the same time, I can see how Blizzard considers it fair to not remove someone from the opt-in list until they've actually gotten a key from it.

What I dont see as fair is that people got a key, activated on their account and then still get optin wave from blizz on the same account. That is just lame and yes that happens.
Yes I can report that to blizz that I think that is dumb but it won't grant me a beta key so whats the point anyway.
