I have dealt with this many-a-time and while it is annoying as fuck, the solution is not to be an asshole and repeatedly ruin everyone else's fun, that's ridiculous. that said, there are boundaries the party-goers should live by. it would help him if he got to know the other people living in the apartments. if no one cares about the partiers, then it's obvious he should stfu. if a ton of people agree with him, then now he has backup and it's easier to make the partiers stfu. | ||

Being a dick about it is just going to cause problems, and might get your ass kicked. In the end it really doesnt matter what you do, people are going party regardless. Its also very difficult to calm down a big party so you cant get angry at the host. | ||
