1) Get liquor, enough so that you know you can get all the people in your group to pass out.
2) Decide on where you want to play this, location is important. Suburbia at night or by the beach is generally where we've done this, so these are the locations that are tried and true and I have the most suggestions for. Be sure to be at the location first before attempting to drive.
3) This game revolves around betting, and as time progresses the bets become more daring and the feats more dangerous. First, however, you must decide on the initial amount of drinking, to get a buzz. That's really up to you as a group to decide. Procure the alcohol for each person, and drink as fast as you can - the person who drinks the fastest gets to decide who will bet first.
4) Now you're buzzed and ready to go. Let's start making bets. The person who won in 3) will decide who is going to make the first bet. The bets work like this: they have to be something you can do immediately after the bet is named. With the bet decided upon, then everyone but the person doing the bet place their prices in alcohol. Everyone in the group has to place the same price, so it is once again a collaborative. This should be based on difficulty, taking into account how drunk everyone is. Here is an example:
I am making a bet. I bet I can run over 5 parked cars in a row without touching the ground or using my hands.
The group decides that the price they place is 2 shots. This means if I can accomplish this, everyone but me has to take 2 shots.
Here is where the risk comes in: if I fuck up my conditions or otherwise can't follow through on my bet, I have to do the total amount of shots that were placed - so if I am with 3 friends, I have to do 6 shots if I fail.
Whether I win or lose, I decide who will be betting next. If I won, I can't bet next round. If I lost, I can try to redeem myself (lol).
Like I said, this becomes more hazardous, fun, and difficult as time progresses and everyone gets drunk.
5) Remember, the amount of fun you have is wholly dependent on how well you know/trust your friends, how mischievous you are, and how creative you are. If you are afraid of getting caught by the cops, don't run over cars. Obviously it is recommended that you change your position once in a while, at first by driving and later by walking.
6) The way to count the winner is the person who took the least amount of shots before someone in the group passed out or refuses to play anymore. So naturally, the more bets you win, the closer the victory. However, that doesn't give you an excuse to be a pussy and wager only 1 drink on every bet, be a man and ask yourself, "How difficult would it be to do that bet in this state?" Your heart will guide you as to how many drinks to bet.
Some other examples that we've done, to get your mind working: having a race between you and a chosen friend, walking x distance on your hands, jumping out of the car at x miles per hour (25 should be the limit, my friend had a somewhat bad experience... I guess we paid the ultimate price of 5 shots a piece), playing chicken with who can swim the farthest, jumping through a fire, running up a wall (how many steps, or how much distance), climbing things (houses, trees, schools, trucks) holding your breath the longest, getting a random girl to talk to you for longer than 3 minutes (THIS ONE IS FUCKING CLASSIC, BE SURE TO HAVE A VIDEO CAMERA LOLOLOL), how long you can hold a bong hit in, flicking a cigarette stub (or really any sport-related bet, now that I think of it), rock paper scissors, talking to your parents without raising suspicion (experts only, but still hilarious), card games, video games, ABCD and other slapping games... Wow so many good memories.
This reminds me of another, simpler game... ABCD with shots.
Rules are simple:
Hand positions:
A - In a praying position. This is the position you start with. Worth 1 point (1 shot).
B - In cross position. This is done by sliding the fingers of one hand under your thumb. 2 shots.
C - Separated and face down. 3 shots.
D - Separated and face up. 4 shots.
You and your opponent are facing each other, hands in A position. Decide who goes first (rock paper scissors is good here); this person will say a letter and do a hand motion if he chooses. The objective of the other player is to do the position that the person SAYS, not necessarily does (tricky people say C and do D, for example). If you fail to do the position, or you take too long, you get that many points, and thus have to do that many shots. The loser rotates out, and someone else takes his place - this time THEY will go first. If you DO get the position right, the other person gets that many points, and they rotate out. However, now you go first.
Example:
Person 1 vs Person 2
Person 1 says D, does C.
Person 2 does C.
Person 2 gets 4 points, has to do 4 shots.
Person 2 rotates out, Person 3 steps in.
Person 3 vs Person 1
Person 3 says B, does A.
Person 1 does B.
Person 3 gets 2 points, has to do 2 shots.
Person 1 starts the next match.
Simple, fun, intoxicating.
