Isn't "Xenogears - Remember (music box)" really called "Xenogears - Faraway Promise"? I didn't change it in case I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure I'm right. Also, I couldn't find links to the original versions of Ship of Regret and Sleep or June Mermaid, but those sound good enough I think. How did no one mention Radical Dreamers by the way?!

Honestly you posted 2 brawl songs. Most of the songs on brawl should make it on the list they did a really good job with the music on that game. But if I were to suggest an older song that's I always loved when I played Mario RPG: (Smithy's Servants Boss Music)

Absolutely. I have a program that can extract MP3s from Youtube vids, so I was thinking of making of torrent of all the songs in the hall of fame list once it reaches a sizable amount.
