On topic, I would never accept such a deal, the uncertainty and the constant fear are too much to live with. On the other hand it's pretty obvious that if you get the same treatment every day, you're very likely to develop some kind of resistance to the physical reaction (pain) ... i did drink a lot the last couple of years (at least three times a week), recently stopped drinking completely (well at least managed to not drink any alcohol for 2 months now)
