It's just sad, they're so obsessed with their height and stuff and i think sometimes you just gotta accept it. I heard that your height is mainly based on ur genes, diet, excersize and stuff like that. But im not too sure about the genes part because both my parents are kinda average/short (5'8 and 5'5) and I'm 6'0 at 15 so...i duno. You should swim or play basketball and get alot of calcium. I just play alotta sports n i used to take calcium pills which help alot imo....
I guess sometimes ur height is kinda based on luck so even if you dunt grow, dont get too upset cuz theres prob lots of ppl in the world dats shorter/ just like u. so errr, who's your real dad?
???

be happy with who you are.

Genetics and diet play a big role in your height. And after youre about 20-21, youll stop growing, so make the most of your growing years.

I'm going to suggest something completely unscientific here.
1. Find an Asian born and raised in the US. 2. Ask him if hes ever been to his country. Ask him if hes taller than people there (Japan and Singapore wont count). 3. Repeat with every Asian you meet.
I'm pretty sure you'll end up finding Asian Americans are as a whole taller than their counterparts in Asia, even among their family. The difference isn't as pronounced now as it was 10 years ago as food is a lot easier to come by even in the poorest areas and sanitation has increased dramatically, but it should still be noticeable.
What does this mean? In layman's terms, the people you find here and their comparison groups have been matched on many genetic factors by virtue of their nationality. They are essentially, for the purpose of this exercise, identical genetically. So why the height difference? Logically, the only thing differentiating the person you found and people from his country of origin is environmental (e.g. diet). You can repeat this for many people coming from an underdeveloped, malnourished state (and no, Europe doesn't count as underdeveloped) and the results will be very similar.

i used to be REALLY obsessed.. and even now, i\'m a bit insecure sometimes
but i\'ve learned to accept it, for some reason, when you just appreciate what you have, the things you now perceive just change
so you arent as worried in sports or around other guys or talking to a girl
when you learn to just take care of your body for what it is rather than changing it, then you\'ll grow inside, lol.. its corny but its true
and this shit works, i\'ve seen 5\'6 guys.. like fugly asian guys with HOT TALL WHITE GIRLS
oh fuck, i want a hot white girl =]

Eat as many tall people as possible. Cannibalizing some NBA players might be appropriate in this case

I think this is one the best replies in this thread:

It's all about (99%) genes. Unless you have a serious crap diet it will not effect your height gains. And by serious crap diet I mean you're really really getting malnutritioned.
Lifting weights will not stunt growht either, unless you're lifting really heavy weights with really bad form. And even then it's not given that it will stunt growth.

do not drink milk it is not good for you...
Height is mostly genetic.... Don`t train too hard until you are 18-20 LIke training in a gym 5 days/week doing mostly musculation isnt good it can reduce your potentiel height.
Other than that keep a straight posture...
My brother and I are both 6``2 and we never drink milk...

That has probably something to do with hormonic suppression, which actually is a factor in growing. This can limit your potential height.

You have no proof or sources, so it is inevitable that you will give up as you have no solid argument.
