Recount, provisional, and overseas in GA will be a thing, and I think a couple decision desks literally can't call it with the numbers of outstanding votes. Though honestly I could also see it going for FL, even though the state went to Trump, given that it firmly ruled out the "Biden landslide" possibility. A recount will change very little and will only happen if the result is within .10%. Provisional and overseas ballots are also going to be a very small number of votes. I think that Biden's margin will actually hold in GA.
Oh, it probably will (I'd say ~90% chance of it doing so). But that 90% includes like a 15% chance it holds for Biden but pulls within recount range.

That amount could include the military/overseas/provisional

It bears mentioning that if the election is this close with Trump utterly botching the COVID response, it would have been an absolute landslide in favor of Trump without it. COVID was the real winner of this election.
Congratulations to the winner of the 2020 US Presidential Election: SARS-CoV-2.

NY times also reporting GA has 16k votes left.

Yeah, I think it almost certainly includes the 9K that *could* arrive by tomorrow. Kind of like how NC technically has 118K that *could* arrive by November 12th.

There's no guarantee that the pandemic actually had that effect.
Exit polls repeatedly showed that the pandemic was only the 2nd or 3rd most important topic for voters.

Yes. I had my PCP doctor, literally today, tell me that she was more worried about people being politically correct than she was about covid. She didn't tell me her vote or why she was stressed about the election, but it's not hard to guess from there.
I think COVID only mattered in that it killed more Trump voters than Biden ones.

You know why Trump can't go to the white house anymore? Cause it's for Biden.

Yes agreed, I mentioned this earlier in the thread as well. The economy was doing well and nobody even mentions impeachment anymore (lol).
With every single high profile democrat, celebrity, mainstream media blasting Trump for COVID over the past few months and it's still so close which is unbelievable. Biden will win the popular vote by quite abit but it's worth noting that more than half would come from CA.

Man. NV really screwed the decision desks by not steadily releasing counts. How are they going to justify the inevitable Nevada calls right after the Georgia calls when nothing new has come out of Nevada for hours?
(well, the desks that can issue calls in GA, anyway; the margin is unlikely to meet some of their thresholds)

That's just not true, it affected everything Trump had going for him on jobs, economy, trade etc. And allowed the democrats to continue bashing him for mishandling the pandemic. He didn't do a good job for sure but I think any president of the US would have found it hard to keep it under control.

Any other president might have tried to do literally anything except claim fake news

Last update from NV was 9 hours ago. They're just sitting this out

Yeah Trump shot himself in the foot many times, if he just kept quiet it would have been much better
