Oh yes, I should have been more specific, I meant both sides of Dems and Repubs saying there awful. The odd Trump-putin Love will continue.
It really comes off as one-sided to me. I've not seen anything effusive about Trump from the Putin side. From what I've seen of him, I imagine Putin finds the whole thing faintly amusing.

Of course it's amusing to him, he bought the #1 military in the world with what seems to be a few millions of dollars, and amazing marketing...

Fyi Trump-Putin press conference happening any min now. You can catch on YouTube live.
Edit: it's live. Putin talking first. Hilariously started by saying there is no basis for tension between our nations.

Dude’s country was just caught trying to impersonate local news outlets since 2014, but no reason for tensions. Lets hope Trump isn’t so dumb to think that private discussion they had wasn’t recorded.

Trump has some flowery words for a guy who shits on allies for the love of his base

This is for everyone: Please don't add #fakenews at the end of your posts. It does not help the discussion being had when that stupid hashtag gets used. The term "fake news" has lost its original meaning because Donald Trump constantly misuses it in his never-ending effort to discredit any media source that challenges him or reports something that he doesn't like.
In fact, please just don't use any hashtags. TL is not a social media platform.

Trump on the election interference just says that he and Putin discussed it at length and Putin has a strong view on it. Putin mentioned earlier a possible joint cyber security working group, which has been raised between the two before. Let's see what he says when he is off script and asked the question by a journalist.

I think it is common sense to avoid hashtags in general when posting. They tend to be hyperbolic and easily misinterpreted.

He praised him for NK.....Idk if it actually counts as a dig

He got asked straight up "do you blame Russia for anything?" Trump said Russia "made some mistakes" and that "the witch hunt is disastrous for our country."
Then he ranted about Clinton and said the electoral college significantly advantages Democrats.
He just couldn't bring himself to blame Russian for anything and shifted blame to the investigation. Shame that conservatives are ok with this. A decade or two ago if a President said this after such an attack on our democracy they would have been the first to call out its treasonous nature.
Edit: Putin said he'd allow Mueller to come to Russia and question the 12 intelligence officers. Just LOL.

I doubt Putin has physical control of it, but he helped put some one in the head that does, and apparently is head over heals for Putin to the point that we're turning our backs on our own allies... If that doesn't say much, then I don't know what does. At this point, I personally believe there is enough evidence to suggest that Russia did interfere heavily.

When it comes to immigration policy, American opinions often break down along party lines, with most Republicans supporting President Trump, and Democrats vigorously opposed.
But according to a new NPR-Ipsos poll, there's an even better predictor of how you feel about immigration: where you get your TV news.
The poll of more than 1,000 people asked about Trump's immigration policies and proposals and about which immigrants should get priority in the U.S. system. The poll was conducted in English and Spanish from June 19-20. Most respondents said they got their news mainly from TV.
On some questions, people who get their TV news primarily from Fox News or CNN are even further apart than Republicans and Democrats, with viewers of the other big TV networks somewhere in between.
Ipsos pollster Chris Jackson says he's surprised to find a connection in the data that's even stronger than partisanship.
"People who get their news from Fox News actually take the strongest anti-immigrant position of any group we looked at in this survey," Jackson said.
"I can't really say if those views are coming because of Fox. Or if they're watching Fox because they hold those views. But it's a really strong connection. I think it was very surprising," he said.
The poll looked at other factors too, including whether you live in a city, a suburb, or a rural area. And there are some differences in opinion depending on where you live.
We also looked at another factor we thought would really matter: whether you know anyone born outside the U.S., or are an immigrant yourself.
"There is definitely a little bit of difference between people who are immigrants, or have an immigrant in their family, and people who don't know anyone from outside the U.S.," Jackson said.
"But it really pales when you at look at Republican and Democrat. And really compared to Fox and CNN," he said.
We asked, for example, whether immigrants are "an important part of American identity." Barely half of Fox viewers said yes, compared with more than 70 percent of network TV and CNN viewers.

NPR just put out this story today about immigration, which is quite long. It shows that the single greatest indicator of someone's views on immigration isn't political party, but where they get their news. I don’t think this surprises anyone, but the numbers are stark and troubling. Nationally, we live in two separate countries driving by the news networks. I don’t think we can maintain this long term and the “free market” isn’t going to remedy the problem.

I'm sure someone has said it before, but this is the equivalent of asking the guy who robbed your house (and is very likely to do it again) for tips on security.

I believe Putin actually said he'd do the questioning of the 12 GRU officers for Mueller and inform Mueller of the results.
This entire press conference is insane.

Omg... The deflections are real straight back to Clinton. Can't even denounce Russia when all U.S, U.K and FR intelligent agencies said Russia did meddle... Then says "We'll send the investigators on the Russian case to Russia to get "help" from Russian intelligence" holy crap. I can't believe my ears.
