Bernie still super strong with his base but those who don't like him/dear his policies are a strong no which could affect his electibility and more importantly right now his appearance of electibility. Warren's slow and steady rise feels a lot like what Bernie almost pulled off in 2016. She is basically an entirely superior candidate to Biden, but Biden is still being kept afloat by the Obama presidency. But it is important to we are 5 months away from the first primary.
Compare Biden/Warren numbers 5 months ago to today. Biden still being favored in 5 months doesn't sound very likely to me.

So relieved Bolton is gone. Guy should be in prison if there was any justice in the world.

In what world is it even legal to hold surprise votes for anything?

It's never been illegal to lie to people.
The votes not the surprise, the fact that dems believed they wouldn't do shit like this on 9/11 is the real surprise

Empty words and hypocrisy.

You know sensible things that prevent shitbags trying to sneak through legislation when no one is looking.

The system really does rely on people not being shits.

Yeah that's true, now that you say it arn't (were?) a couple of Republican lawmakers on the run from police because they refuse to show up to hold a vote on an bill?
Sigh, here is hoping the courts get involved and strike it down? To much to hope probably.

So I have some personal experience of this subject and I gotta say Trump has done the right thing here without question.
In the lab I work at we tested alot of Ecigs, and the fruit flavoured ones had so much dangerous shit in them we had to report our findings to the government (they ignored us). That shit is full of toxic aldehydes. When I say full, I mean if you swallowed some of the stuff we tested you would have to be hospitalized. They should be banned, they are worse than smoking, and by a very long way too.

US President Donald Trump has announced that his administration will ban flavoured e-cigarettes, after a spate of vaping-related deaths.
Mr Trump told reporters vaping was a "new problem", especially for children.
US Health Secretary Alex Azar said the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) would finalise a plan to take all non-tobacco flavours off the market.
There have been six deaths and 450 reported cases of lung illness tied to vaping across 33 states.
Many of the 450 reported cases are young people, with an average age of 19.
Michigan this month became the first US state to ban flavoured e-cigarettes.

I am amazed at how blatantly supported by tobacco this is. "Ban everything except tobacco" LOL what a complete joke.
Edit: Wait, are they saying it is just a ban on the flavorings? If so, long overdue. If this is them just going after weed vape stuff, it is beyond stupid when tobacco is such a huge existing issue.

I am pretty sure this is just flavoring . You can still vape if it taste like tobacco

So does that also mean some sort of ban on weed stuff in legal states? If it already illegal federally, curious what he will do about flavored weed stuff.

To sum up the mindset:
Tobacco is old and heavily ingrained so getting it out would be a big to do, even if there was a will to. Vaping is just something "millennial" do and encroaches on tobacco profits(and therefore lobby money).

Irony is lost on some people when they made that decision. But I'll still take it.
Saw a headline that Gitmo has been costing us 6bn since 2002 and a whistleblower is calling it "gross financial waste." I'm not surprised that it is costing that much. A lot of shit to do with the MIC is just gross mismanagement and people siphoning into their own pockets.
