lmao no wonder why marijuana had/has such a bad reputation in the US, from people like this spreading random made up bullshit.
seriously just think about it for a second, why would smoking a weed stem cause any different harmful effects than the bud other than the stem being filled with more chlorophyll? the only way it could do any harm is if it wasn't dried or cured properly and the grower used some shitty nutrients, which would also make the bud itself harmful to smoke so that's not even relevant.
