sourdough roll dijon mustard spicy horseradish pepperoni pepperjack lettuce light on tomato extra red onions jalapenos salt and pepper oil and vinegar Next time I go I might start adding bacon, just because I've been in a bacon kick of recent. Oh, and for simplicity's sake: Grilled cheese (pepperjack) with bacon with healthy amounts of Tabasco dripped on every bite. (And yes, I know Tabasco is not very spicy compared to other things, it just simply tastes the best with this.)

Italian BMT (salami, pepperoni, ham) Lettuce Tomato Onions Bell peppers Olives Banana peppers and jalapenos on the side A splash of vinegar Has plenty of meat and veggies, avoids the fattening sauces, feels healthy (although still very high calorie), not toasted

I thinly slice a steak into strips (about 1/4 inc thick), toss them with teriyaki suace, then stir fry in a wok. Baguette for the bread. Dijonnaise (or just a mayo and mustard mix) on the bottom. Chopped leek, cherry tomatoes, peppers, black olives, pickles. Can add jalapeno. Gouda cheese. Steak strips on top, right out of the pan. Dabs of sweet chili sauce on top.

9-grain honey oat Swiss cheese, toasted. A little bit of chipotle (if you don't specifically say a little bit, they go wayyyy overboard for my taste) every veggie except tomato and avocado (I love both, not in this instance though) salt and pepper. Gooood stuff.

1) Combine a teaspoon of dill and a good dose of black ground pepper into a bowl. Add a coating of olive oil and a full container of cream cheese. Mix - you might need to use your hands and it gets messy. This is your "dill cream cheese". Set aside. 2) Marinate sliced tomatoes in your favorite italian dressing. They need to marinate for at least half a day, preferably a full day. 3) Cut a french loaf of bread in half, standard sub style. Spread the dill cream cheese, and don't be too shy with it. Then cover it with slices of provolone cheese. Broil it in the oven just until the cheese melts. 4) Add the marinated tomatoes and a light layer of finely chopped lettuce. Thinly sliced cucumbers are good as well. edit: And chopped green bell peppers are good too. This is already a sinfully delicious vegetarian sub as it is, but feel free to add a thin layer of deli ham or turkey. Roast beef could work, but not really that kind of sandwich, imo. Credit goes to a restaurant I worked at as a high-schooler, but I stole it and made it my own.

Herb and cheese meatballs cheese toasted lettuce tomatoes onions cucumbers pickles peppers(all) honey mustard sweet onion sauce (formerly) the cheapest way to fill up when really hungry Now it depends, but the toppings remain largely the same, and meatballs is still the most cost effective way to fill up IMO.
