I'm not a fan of Bud but honestly, this is actually very good. Arrogant bastard Stone IPA is very good if you like stronger beers. yes I have tried the platinum and I'll admit I was pleasantly surprised. Much better than regular bud light I think it has the highest Alcohol per drink now too, ( i know around where i live atleast, since we dont have alot of expensive beer) it used to the Busch brands(which are awful). also, i was thinking of buying some scotch tomorrow, what kinds good?(that you can get at your local ABC store) johnnie walker is a good value blended

Uhmmmm if you are looking for something on the not-so-wallet-rape side I reccomend Glenfiddich (if you really enjoy the really smokey tasting scotch) or Glenlivet (a little lighter on the taste, very good for newer scotch drinkers imo) 12 yr old. If you want to blow a load of cash, Balvenie 15yr is ~$100 and it is blissful. Honestly though, you need to have a pallet adjusted to drinking scotch. Reaching straight for the top is a waste of money and, more importantly, good scotch. Start with something simple, a recommended 12 year around $35-45 a bottle (in the states, it kind of varies by states but that is a good start) and pour it on the rocks. Cook up some nice red meat, maybe grab a cigar, and sip away.

Fortunately for me i´ve been drinking Corona since I turned 18, 4 years ago. You can drink on base at the age of 18, just not off base. This was instituted because a particular commandant of the Marine Corps found it ridiculous that a man can die for his country but he can't Drink for it.

I have immense respect for you my friend. I do not have the patience to brew my own wine, I tried my hand at brewing beer and it ended horribly. i brewed my own beer once...came out really good! but for the cost involved, it really isn't worth it versus buying it. making wine is MUCH more cost efficient, assuming you already have the equipment, comes out to around $3 for a 750ml bottle. all this talk of wine makes me want a steak and a bottle!

Of all the international and "commercial" beers I prefer Stella Artois. Here in sweden we have a beer called Nils Oscar's "God Lager" though, which is truly epic!
