I chuckle inside every time a witness comes up to the stand, raises their right hand and promises, in front of God, that they will tell the truth.
Would you put yourself at risk of going to prison for your neighbors? Especially since there's no way he could know what the other neighbors saw, what evidence the police would find, and so on. He might be mistaken in what he saw but it's pretty silly to suggest he'd be lying unless you know something we don't.
Right on. There's nothing wrong with being mistaken, but I highly doubt that he's lying.

I saw that lol you could tell he was holding it back
ya, I was laughing at the prosecutor argument of sleeping on the floor and saying you should bend your hand to take a shot at someone and able to do it in any position etc...
they are backdooring information about zimmerman's character through this witness. if i were the prosecutor i would ask to admit prior criminal history, etc. they are trying to show zimmerman is a lawful, non-confrontational person.

Can't watch at work. What was that in response to?
He was asking if George Zimmerman could have awkwardly bent his wrist to shoot the gun in a different way than a normal 90 degree angle shot and then he laid on the ground demonstrating it...it just looked ridiculous and there's no reason to believe that given the circumstances George would have consciously decided to bend his wrist that way to take a shot in a different way for no apparent reason.

I'm sure there must be a reason for it. That or maybe she volunteered for it or something.
Well, it seems they wanted her as a witness, but there must be some shit they don't want to come out, therefore they didn't open the door to it and immediately objected "outside the scope" when prosecutor asked about her interaction with GZ. What's the history with this witness ?

they are tricky facts. on one hand, shows he is involved with protecting the community. on the other hand, it shows he was a a wannabe cop and these "fucking punks" always get away--although they were caught in this case, and then released because they are minors.

You need a 3rd layer of password protection to keep that from happening. You'll also have to have your grandma around to testify that it was actually the baby that tweeted it, or it will be inadmissible.
