I just don't get that angry. People are always telling me, its not good to hold in your anger like that, and indeed it isn't. But I find that I just don't have any anger that needs to be released.

I have a weekly newspaper column and so I usually find a way to politely trash what's making me mad.

Either that or I play against Insane Computer AI on a turtle friendly map, and just defend until I have 20 carriers and then move out and wipe off the face of the earth whatever is bothering me.

I've learned to accept that I will get angry...and then let it go.

There isn't much reason for me to be angry when I'm, more often than not, in the situation voluntarily. I think to myself, "...Matt...you're freakin' stupid for choosing this...but...here you are...suck it up." So I suck it up. Then, when I'm done, I'm happy it's over and I go on with my life.

If it isn't voluntary, I realize I don't have much control over it, and most of the anger is gone.

Yeah pretty much what happens to me too, although I don't tend to go "too far".. I rather make myself laugh at others expense I suppose - what a bastard I am. :p
