I watch youtube videos about reviews of random electronics like GPUs/CPUs/really kick ass looking cases. I guess I try to replace my anger with thoughts of things that interest me. I also like to play CS:S or Battlefield 3, something that isn't really too competitive and blast dubstep/drum and bass.

Jamming on guitar with my friends is great too.

metal and working out. The music just helps me channel it out and just 'be' angry, instead of being pissed off at something specific, and the physical work just gives it an outlet.

Oh man the Donkey Kong Country theme brings back some memories!

I have a real problem dealing with my anger after losing a match... especially after being cheesed. I say things I definitely wouldn't say in normal circumstances. In fact, one of my new years resolutions was to be less BM!
