Probably sounds facetious but I go and make myself tea (a simple cha no yu; I've complete equipment: chawan, chasen, chashaku and natsume) and have some wagashi in the garden. I rarely get angry though

One thing I've started to do, I think this was suggested earlier in the thread, is punch myself really hard in leg. Usually snaps me out of any temporary rage, and gives me an endorphin rush too. Unhealthy, I know, but it works.

I usually just grab a cold drink, lay back in my chair with my feet up and watch a tv show or just browse the web. I don't get very angry, and I get over things pretty quickly.
