I never bring anger with me. I get rid of it right there! But if it's woman related I break things like my phone, not their nose, so atleast I have some control :D

I never get angry, just frustrated. And that's fixed simply by relaxing. A cold bear and some calm music usually does it for me.

Basically any way you can get endorphins into your brain. Exercise, angry/angsty music, "supplements" though not recommended if you're hoping to overcome anger, just a temporary solution =P. Even reading a good book for a little while helps me.

Hahaha.. It is so amazing to me that I saw this. I actually know the person in the video decently well, from being a former Flash Dev / Admin on the site he frequents, we've talked quite a lot actually. I actually remember when he first made that video and removed it off YouTube.
