Did you use a wallhack in counter strike? Map hack in broodwar? Speedhack ? Aimbot? Whatever the hell. OWN UP! -Im just interested on peoples views of hacks in different genres etc, if they've ever used them and the like. This ONLY applies to online multiplayer games, although feel free to discuss "cheats" in SP When i was 12 (or so) i was directed to download WoW and play on a private server with some friends, they sent me this program (that i know now as a speedhack) and told me to use it, but never if i saw a GM (which i could identify by seeing a lvl 255 on the who list) online. I was young and naive and it made me go super fast and get places quickly. Awesome! ... >.< Nowadays i despise any sort of hack, online or offline (known as a cheat.) i feel sorry for the poor souls who do hack as they clearly have no social life or skills and do it for attention and to grief people. (Angsty teenagers who get bullied at school trying to "cyber-bully" trolol.) Im even against using the funny cheats in GTA. Its so engraved into my head O.O Your turn! EDIT: Poll by request. Also, i dont care how ub3r l33t you were at CS or COD or <Insert game> but you hacked for "fun" - its the story of everyone on the internet, stop enlarging your epeen in my damn thread! Poll: Have you hacked an online multiplayer game? No, not at all, screw hackers to hell. (968) Yes, but once or twice when younger only. (578) Yes and i continue to do so. (72) No but ive thought / thinking about it. (37) 1655 total votes Your vote: Have you hacked an online multiplayer game? (Vote): Yes, but once or twice when younger only. Yes, I have in the past. If you were on a private server why would you run into a GM perhaps that server had it's own GMs? In any case perhaps everyone used it on that server which makes it a level playing field meaning that the people that hosted the private server wanted a different game than the one that Blizzard produced. I don't hack or glitch in any online game because it devalues another player's gameplay. But I also don't use rock launcher or "noob tubes" in COD because I find them cheap while others do as the please, so to each their own. Now, you assuming that those who use hacks are "anti-social" or "griefers" to what ends is it that I playing my own game offline using a cheat mean I can't deal in social situations and who am I griefing then? Myself? You really didn't come to any logical conclusion about cheating I don't really see the point of this thread.

This ONLY applies to online multiplayer games, although feel free to discuss "cheats" in SP *Sigh* My opinion is my opinion, if your hacking in a multiplayer game, you either have no regard for the people your shitting all over (Social skills.) or have some issue with people in general that you want to "get back" at them in a virtual game. (Bad social life.) again, my opinion. And once again, none of this applies to "cheating" (Single player version of a hack is my definition of it.), i just said i myself dont do it as i dont enjoy it. I just "touched" on it because they are linked... BTW, the point of this thread (As 9 pages of people DIDNT fail to realise.) is to tell people what naughty things you've done in the past. I tend to think ive made a decent thread and not a "pointless" one worthy of closing for a number of reasons. -Mod posted. -9 pages in under an hour. -People asking me to update the op with a poll to allow us to track our fun findings.

I've cheated on a small number of NDS games on an emulator. For good reason too. I'm not gonna spend another whopping 10 hours virus busting just to get a few Battle Cards or filling up my Pokedex for an extra. And I dicked around in FFTA2 by having 99x of the very best equipment for all my characters >_>
