There was supposedly another incident in the same area where a 75 year old man fell down on a bus and couldn't get back up. The other passengers wouldn't help him until he said that he fell down by himself. =/ Of course, this is absolutely no excuse not to help people who need it, especially a 2 year old who obviously needs immediate medical attention, but rulings like those really discourage people from helping others. | ||
